Sales department replies take too long!

I was fwd to sales last night at 8pm for info about paying to park a domain they finally responded at 11:30pm and I got it this morning. I reply back with a question at 7:30am and still have no reply and it is now 9:25am. It was a simple question and this could have all been hanled and over with by now but I sit in limbo waiting and waiting. Why does it take them so long?

I"m also waiting for a reply. I sent a ticket with 2 questions last night, they forwarded one to sales as well..

this makes sense since sales and billing work 9-5.

still obviously someone was burning the midnight oil to reply.
