it all depends... are you using custom nameservers? if so, you have to register those at the registrar. if not, you can use the nameservers in the welcome email. i think even if you're using custom nameservers, it still says what they should be in the welcome email.

if you're a reseller, you have the option of creating custom nameservers. if you choose not to, then you just use surpass'.

And would surpass namesever be the one thats not in the welcome e-mail, the one that you get when you first make it.

i'm not understanding... in the welcome email, where it tells you your IP address and how to log into your control panel, it'll give you the nameservers you need to point to.

Okay, but there is another one it looks like ns###.dizinc.com and it was what I got when I first payed for hosting. And it said my package order, Client Area USername the total etc. And it gave me one nameserver, then in the welcome e-mail it gave me two more different ones. I am trying to figure out which to use. The one in the welcome e-mail or the other one.
