Oh, so you're getting Surpass to transfer over the files? I think I missed that part. You might want to wait until they're there before you do anything, although they should be able to get them via the server IP.
Have you put in a ticket to have the files transferred over? |

No. I had just changed nameservers, and I believe the files should be there, or should they not? I have to submit a ticket to get the files from another server? I had asked my old host to change nameservers to these, if I am correct shouldn't the files be there?

Well, if they're two physically different servers, yes, you must request support to move your files (which can take a couple days considering it's a weekend.) Unless you or someone else moved the files to Surpass, I see no reason that they would be on your Surpass account.

If the files were on another server, then you can get Surpass to transfer the files (if the old host uses cPanel) or you can transfer them yourself.
