When will my account expire?

Okay, a completely nooby question: I signed up for a domain last year and I signed up for 12 months, but I'm unsure of the specific date. According to my memory, my account should have expired around now-ish, but does it automatically sign up for another year, and bill my credit card, or do I have to manually pay for another Power Package? I'm just worried that my account will expire and that my domain name will be taken, or whatever. :S

Hi Ravenskar, if you visit, http://www.surpasshosting.com/order/clogin.php and login, it will tell you when you created your account.

It should automatically renew and charge your credit card assuming you did not cancel the subscription.

Check http://whois.sc/yourdomain.com to see when your domain will expire. Make sure that you keep an active email address attached to your accounts. I'm sure you understand the consequences if renewal notices go to a bad email address.

Ah, okay -- thanks very much. I haven't cancelled my webhosting subscription, so it should renew itself without any problem (I hope). And I'll just renew my domain name.

One more question - so basically we get renewal notices on email from Whois before they remove our domain names - that's quite a good system I like that
