. But be aware that it could take some time before they respond. Some people start spamming with emails then, and that's not helping at all .

Ouch. Why is it taking so long? I thought Surpass was fast on those things.
But if it is Level 3 Support then I guess it would take longer cause now the experts deal with things.

Yes, but the ticket was opened on the 1st of April, upgraded to IP Migration (admin) level and since then no one has replied.

level 3 = server root guys. They have Indian names (Bishu, Kumar, etc.) so I'm sure that they may be outsourced or something.
Either way, support was great - even though it took a bit to get the "top of the totem pole" to work on my backup stuff.
