level 3 support times.

My ticket has been going since Monday. I'm up to level 3 now, and it's taking at least 10 hours for people to get back to me.

All I'm asking for is a fairly simple backup unrar; do things have to take this long?

Yikes! Now I feel better. :o

But it still ain't any good. My issue is fairly basic - just restore a few backups.

Home dirs, dbs, and aliases - sure. But full backups? Naw.

You can try to make a reply to your current open ticket, or make a new one maybe they have over seen it, and that it's now somewhere at the bottom
