Question Signed up Monday, still no welcome

Hi, I signed up for services on Monday, got the 2co receipt, and still have not recieved a welcome email. I sent in a help ticket on Tuesday, and still no one has replied. Whats going on??

The name is Natasha Cross, domain: nlstudios.us

Yeah, cats is right, the surpass staff are the only people who will be able to help you out with this. Rest assured that once you submit a ticket, it should be taken care of faster then you can say Surpass!

Monday I believe is when 2checkout changed their system, a few orders seemed to have got bounced around. I do not see your order at all in pending or even as complete. Is it ok if I refund the payment you made, so you can process the order again? I would install the account for you, but I don't know what domain you want, other details, etc. so it would be easier for you to redo the order. I'm very sorry about the wait and the problem.
