CPanel Password Incorrect?
Hi admins and mods,
After an overseas trip of 2 weeks, I came back to find that my FTP and CPanel password to be altered. Is there anyway I can retrieve this information? I am with Surpass at hazecafe.com. Can someone please help me out here? I DID NOT change my password at all. In fact, the password was still the same one assigned by either Patrick or someone from Surpass from months before. Thanks in advance and appreciate all the help I can get on this issue I am currently facing. sennsi (Surpass Customer) |

you can also just reset your password. When you go to login and you get the username/password dialog, simple click Cancel. Then you'll be taken to another screen and you click the button at the bottom to reset your password. 2 or three forms and one email later, you have a new password.
