Still being billed; cancelled last month.

I cancelled my hosting last month and was just billed again today for this month. Please cancel my hosting as I requested quite awhile ago and take the payment off my credit card.

Did you get an auto response with your ticket number when you just emailed billing?

If not, make sure you are using an external email address, and check your spam folder just in case. If you still cannot find the ticket number, then go to http://desk.surpasshosting.com and manually file a ticket there.
