Client Area Login

This thread about finding your server reminded me of something - I can't log into my client area. I requested a new password via email, but when I use the generated one it doesn't work.

Any help, please?

I just checked and discovered something. The login you use there is different from your username for say, CPanel. At least mine is. Not sure if you were aware of that, but I thought I'd point it out.

I also discovered my hosting expires in one month and one day

-- need to sweet talk my sitting into renewing.

I know it's different. But thanks for the statement of obvious.

Either way the emailed passwords aren't letting me in. *whines*

Update on this - seems my email is uberly slow...I received another password email just now and lo and behold it worked. So...I blame RR.
