did you get an auto reply email with a ticket id?

if so - post the ticket id.

if you didnt' get an auto-reply - it meant we never got the ticket.

please try creating a ticket desk.surpasshosting.com

or emailing from another account - aol/hotmail/gmail/yahoo.com

I opened another ticket with a link to the original ticket. could someone please look at it.

its rather hard to search the help desk without a ticket id.

could you post it, please?

otherwise, i'd have to say there's not much more than can be said about this other than wait for support get back to you.
