Your subscription should be through PayPal or 2CheckOut. I believe in both cases you have to cancel the subscription from their end. It can be cancelled at any time prior to wanting to end the hosting -- It's a different story if you want to cancel your hosting, but you specificly asked about subscriptions.

i cancel the subscription and i fill in the form already.... ( although details may be wrong since i haven't really thouch the account for months....... )
Surpass has been great for the limited time i have used them. Although i find a better suited host for myself. |
