how to get real support?

my last few tickets have dissapeared and the others my last posts resemble something similar to me asking "any updates on the problem?" then bam the tickets are closed...

Im not angry im just curious about how many problems are shuffled to the bottom of a pile and never fixed... and time wise ive given it almost three months... at the beginning support was great but once it was beyond the obvious stuff they just never took the time to fix it or worried about it and just clsoed it.

*sigh* ive just rescripted around my problems so its fine now, I just wanted to let you admins know of this reoccuring phenomenon..

Very few admins come to the forum, typically the common ones are Sam and Kayla with appearances from other ones and some of the staff.

Have you at any time tried 'bumping' or replying to your ticket after a few days of no response? It gets the ticket back into the queue and into the attention of the support staff.

It may be of some help if you post the ticket IDs, that way an admin can check out the ticket when they come across this thread. Unfortunately there's not much else I can say.
