I've contacted the desk and theyve been very helpful
- apparently server SH72 is being worked on by Admins (according to Sam), and theyre working hard to try and get it sorted for us and back online as soon as possible... I know SH72 is a new server but it would be nice if it had it's own thread in the Shared Hosting forum on here, then they can post up if things are wrong and we dont have to bother the Support desk! Every other server has a thread, reckon Kayla should get on the case  |

They used to give you your server name in the activation email, but they dont now - I had to email support to find out! They were very good about it though...
Your symptoms look the same as mine, reckon your on the same server as me(SH72), because its the newest and we signed up at roughly the same time.. Last edited by Traill; June 7th, 2005 at 3:14 PM.. |

i did a whois search on his domain name and found that their was pointed to the same DNS as you were and since you know you're on SH72, then so should theirs...
