SH72 is all down now, just checked the stats here:
http://www.surpasshosting.com/status/stats/stats.php before, it was just the mail, but at least we can see when it is fixed  |

The whole lot was red dots a second ago, I swear! Hmmm.
They're obviously working on it, wonder what it could be? I have to admit I did notice in the last couple of days my site getting slower, especially transferring stuff. The initial ping for my main page took ages too... |

if you notice slowness, you can ask support to look into it as well. next time you notice your site slow for an extended period of time, let support know, they may be able to help.

Yeah, I suppose I should have done; I will do so next time.
It was pretty weird, some times it would be a bit sluggish, then suddenly it would be the quickest thing I've ever seen in my life! |

All is back online now - brilliant.
I've noticed things are a hell of a lot quicker now, so whatever was done, it's done the job - thank you Surpass for sorting this and for replying to my support tickets so quickly! |
