refund?

My account was just billed today, but I'm thinking about cancelling my plan. I pay monthly, so would I still get a refund for the time that I didn't use?

Hi Samantha, you might want to contact billing about that. They'd know the answer much better than the fellow clients of Surpass. Either e-mail billing

Unfortunate to hear you're considering cancelling, but sometimes that's just the way things go.
