Cancellation?

I would like to cancel my reseller when my next payment is due. I think that is on May 28th but Im not certain. Is there a cancellation fee? Is this the right forum to post in.

There are no cancellation fees. If you're paying through a subscription, simply cancel the subscription, then when the day you want to cancel comes, cancel it through the client login that you can access here: http://www.surpasshosting.com/order/clogin.php

And yes, it was the correct forum to post in.
