Account billed when there is no account
I had my paypal billed for an account that I no longer have. I sent a ticket to billing about it, but have yet to hear back. This has been 9 hours ago.
Ticket ID: VUG-79840 How long does something like this usually take to fix??

I've waited more than 2 days now and have yet to hear from billing about this.
What is my next step to take to resolve this issue??

i would suggest replying to the same ticket you originally submitted... i am actually in the same boat as you... i'm sure they'll refund us our money...
