New domain question

Hello, I just bought my second domain slipping-halo.net. But I do not know how to get the domain name to point to the server (or something like that).

Should it resolve its self or do I have to do something? I bought it through surpassdomains.com.

You need to set the DNS to the nameservers which you got in your welcome email. Assuming it's the same server as beautiful-beast.net, they would be NS542.DIZINC.COM and NS543.DIZINC.COM

Actually, its ns836.dizinc.com & ns837.dizinc.com So I changed it but I still cannot get to Slipping-halo.net

It takes several hours for the change to propagate. Generally within 12-24 hours, but it could be sooner or as long as 72 hours.
