Special request on renewal

My hosting subscription with Surpass is set to auto-renew.

Sulema sent me an email:

Now below is a copy of the bill. Your account is set to renew on 6/13/04.

Did he mean 2005 instead? I will be leaving on coming Friday and I will not be around to oversee the transaction. Is it possible for Surpass Hosting to continue to keep me subscribed if the transaction fails? I will return only 3 weeks after and I do not have internet access (military training). If the transaction fails, I can only return to retify the problem after 3 weeks as the auto renewal is probably set to be on 6/13/2005.

If possible, SurpassHosting can perform the transaction now too so that I can be assured that my subscription would not run into problems.

i would contact billing on this issue to see what they can do...

I will be leaving and in the end this matter is not solved. I just wish Surpass would continue to host my web site longer you get what I mean? My subscription ends on June 20 and I may be suspended. I will only return on early July.

I am hoping Surpass can just perform the transaction earlier so at least I can see it go through and solve any problems. If not, just hold my domain longer. I'll rectify the problem and pay when I return.

Now I have to leave already. I cannot solve this problem. The billing took too long to reply. I wish it had been faster. My only hope is that my account be alive still until I return to rectify the problem on July 2nd latest. I am going for military training and there is no way I can solve such problems.

Can Surpass Hosting please keep my account alive. This would be most helpful to me. I thank you guys in advance. It's a special request. Please?

Sorry that this problem could not be resolved and take care at military training.

Hopefully an admin will drop by and fix it up.
