extra parked domain and awstats..please help
please help
i have purchased an extra parked domain so that i can point a domain i own www.mickeysmansion.co.uk to my main domain www.mickeysmansion.com but when i go to frontend c panel x it is still showing that i have no parked domains with my basic package even though i have paid.....also when i visit awstats it is showing blank that i have had no visitors this month which i know for a fact that i have....please help |

have you contacted support about the parked domains issue? they probably have to go to the server and add that extra feature on to your account. that will probably be your best source to fix that problem.
as for the awstats issue, i don't know what could cause that. maybe someone else will have an answer for ya...
