Account Termination--Stealing

Hello,
Recently my website [I will not say the website name/URL] has been accused of "stealing" and the accusers said they would e-mail Surpass to try and get us shut down. They stole our content on our website to, what exactly will Surpass do? The story this person is saying is completely un true they stole 2 scans from us originally. So will Surpass delete our account without hearing our side of the story? Or just ignore this? What actions will they take? Thank you.

I don't think I really understand what is going on. You've been a bit vague. Stealing what? And who's accusing you? And not willing to post the name or url just sounds odd.

Ok, Jake-epstein.net stole something I scanned a long time ago. I emailed them numerous times to remove it or credit, and they never did. So I took something of theirs as payback. And they contacted Surpass for us stealing.

Remove the content you stole from them, then go to their hosting provider and report them. You never should have counter-stole in the first place, but you can still clear it up.

On a note, Surpass wouldn't just delete your account. Most likely they would contact you and ask you to remove it or suspend you account until you did remove it.

You're welcome, and best of luck resolving it. Hopefully their host is able to convince them to play fairly.

I have seen some good evidence pointing to two goats making a right, so it couldn't be that.

Unless removed was just being clever! very tricky!
