In Need Of Bandwidth-- Help

Hello,
My website www.degrassi-pictures.net always looses bandwidth around this time. I am just wondering if it would be possible to get more bandwidth, I believe I am on the Reseller account could anyone tell me the URL to the cpanel were I can give myself more bandwidth its not /cpanel is this possible to give myself more bandwidth I had read a thread below about this. And if anyone could just tell me the URL to the the panel I am talking about and maybe tell me how to get more bandwith from it that would be great. Thanks.

Is http://www.degrassi-pictures.net/ the "main domain" of your account, or is it one that you added to reseller?

If you need to, you can purchase extra bandwidth.

Additional bandwidth for shared customers is $2.00 per GB, per month.
Additional bandwidth for reseller customers is $1.50 per GB, per month.

If the need for bandwidth will be a trend, it might be best to upgrade to the next plan in order to be allotted more bandwidth.

I still have some questions, what exactly is the URL to were I can put more bandwidth to the acount, my cpanel does not work so I suppose this other "panel" as I call it were I can add more bandwidth won't work either, so really I have to wait till the end of the month for my bandwidth to come back till I can add more.

You have to fill out a form and ask Surpass to add more bandwidth if it's for the main domain.
