Account still pending

I'm new here and signed up for a power hosting package over 38 hours ago and my account says still pending. I haven't recived a welcome e-mail. I was wondering how long it normal takes until the account is activited and should I email them to ask when it will be activited?

it can take some time, but if you have any concerns, you could contact billing to see if there are any issues.
billing works regular business hours, 9-5 M-F. they might have had a lot of sign-ups over the weekend and are trying to catch up.

Just to point out the activevation usually take 24hrs.
And for the other things follow ozzys advise.

i joined using Paypal,and i got a email,but not with like i think welcome but this is what i got:

same here!

I have waited for almost 8 hours (well I think it's 8 hours now), but my account is still pending.

I hope at least I will get my hosting to work tonight.

It usually will take around 24 hours for the account to be activated, this is to prevent fraud and spammers from signing up.

Well mine is now at 7:19 pm central and STILL not activation for my domain to work!!

Doesn't Surpass hosting have a phone # for us to call?i think this is veryt unprofessional for a hosting company like this VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... cyberpixels wasn't like this
