TRYING to renew account...no one will reply
This is extremely frustrating. I was never sent an email to remind me that my hosting plan was about to expire. Now its too late, and my site/email is offline (even after the dns/ip migration changes). The paypal account I originally used has since been cancelled and I need to renew using 2Checkout or whatever, but despite multiple ticket submissions and emails no one has replied. The lack of phone support is rediculous. I'm trying to give you my business again, but if I can't get my site / email renewed by the end of the day why should I not go somewhere else?

Have you gotten the automated replys from the ticketing system?
Also, your ticket would end up going to sales or billing, which wouldn't necessarily garner you an answer today since they work 9-5 hours. Since there is a bit of hectic things going on today and yesterday, things are moving slower than normal. Also, I haven't seen very many hosts that offer phone support at all. |

thank you for replying...yes I've recieved the auto replys to my email, but no human response. Oddly enough after the migration of my server completed and my new ip resolved, the site is up...BUT supposedly my account should have ended on 6/22/05 so im confused as to the state of my account and if i need to worry about it going offline again in the near future.

Since it was supposed to go offline, you'd better check with billing to make sure everything is straight with your account, otherwise you may end up going back down again due to it's lapse.
