Lost Password

Not really sure what to do here... I tried logging into my FTP account like I normally do.. except this time it rejected my password. And so did cpanel. So I contacted support, and they said i needed a credit card name and type. except the problem is, my friend was the one who did the payment, (and he passed away earlier this year) so I only knew the name on the card...

I then noticed then when you try to get into cpanel from my.surpasshosting.com it has a change password option under the "Login Failed" thing... so i typed in my username and clicked reset password, and it told me it would email me the password to the email address on file.. except no email came to me (any of my accounts).

Support said that they would transfer my ticket to billing, and I haven't heard from them since.. I really need to access my FTP account..
