Exclamation How do I set the DNS for my domain name?

I've had Surpass sites before and I never had a problem viewing them within a few days after the site's creation. But this time I got an email saying to please make sure the DNS for my server was set to:

and then they gave me two sets of letters and numbers:

ns836.dzinc.com
resolves to IP 72.29.66.36

ns836.dzinc.com
resolves to IP 72.29.66.37

What does this mean and where can I go to change it? I searched and searched the CPanel and so did my dad and neither of us could find a registrar or whatnot to change this IP stuff so that I can move on with the acutal webpage creation.

Thanks,
Heather.

Who is the registrar of record for your domain name?

It's all really easy once you find out where to do all this setup.

Yeah, the registrar is who you registered your domain with. That's where the DNS settings will go.

YRhosts's do. I was trying to make sure they were setup right for my friend, and found out that I couldn't because it wasn't an option he paid for.
