accidentally cancelled paypal subscription?
Hi,
I signed up for surpass hosting yesterday and payed via paypal. I removed my credit card from my paypal account, and this seems to have cancelled my subscription to surpass billing. I am not sure what to do about this. My surpass account has been created, and all seems to be working fine there, but I was just wondering how to go about fixing the problem in paypal? Or alternatively putting a credit card on file with surpass rather than using paypal? (I tried to pay with my visa card when I was applying, but I kept getting errors, so I decided to put my card on paypal to pay) I created a help ticket around 12 hours ago and haven't had a response yet. Just wondering if someone could help a newbie out :-D Megan |

sorry to be a pest, but is any one (i.e. support staff) able to help me? my help ticket still has not been answered, either, and it's now been about 20 hours since I started the ticket.

I assume you sent your ticket to Billing
Surpass?Well, anyway, just so you know, the billing department works normal business hours...so as crappy as it sounds, you probably won't hear anything until later today. |

yep sure did :-)
oh ok, I am in Australia so I am not too sure what times everyone is operating on. 20 hours just seemed like a long time between the ticket and the (non) reply, even with a time difference. thanks :-) |

Where's Ancyru when I need him, he's in Australia.
Anyway, yeah Surpass is in the Eastern time zone (which makes zero amounts of math for me)...I have no idea what the offset is for Australia, but I can tell you that it's after 2am when I'm posting this.EDIT: Derr forgot the rest of what I wanted to say...anyhow, you could always bump your ticket if you don't hear something after business hours ('bout 7 hours from now), it'll put it back higher in the queue. |

Ancyru is right here [=
Australia is AEST, so we have our own Eastern time zone. According to your post, it's Wednesday 24, August 2005 04:19pm
