DNS confirmation

I was having some problems with my site and submitted a help ticket, the response I got back was:

Hi,

We have checked your issue. Your domain's whois record ( below ) shows that the current nameservers are as :

Name Server:NS864.DIZINC.COM
Name Server:NS865.DIZINC.COM

But currently your account is not setup in that server. Please do contact your nameserver registrar and change the nameservers as follows in order to access it correct:

ns896.dizinc.com
ns895.dizinc.com

Please do confirm it from your end also.

Unfortunately, I have no idea who my nameserver registrar is (I bought it from Surpass, but that's about all I know) and I have no idea how to change it.

How do I change my nameserver and how do I identify my registrar?

(I know this was addressed in another topic, but it didn't really help at all.)

If you bought your domain from surpass, you should be able to log into http://www.surpassdomains.com and change your nameservers to the proper ones. I'm not sure how to do it exactly on there because I use Godaddy for mine most of the time, but it's usually very simple...just look for the nameserver option when you log into your account on surpass domains.

Support may be able to do this for you though. Send back to them in the same ticket that you got your domain from surpass (if that is the case), and ask them if it's possible for them to update it for you, or if you do have to do it yourself. Personally, I'm not sure if they can or not but I believe they can.
