A Few Dedicated Questions
I've been thinking of getting a dedicated server soon but I have a few questions.
1. How hard is it to upgrade down the road? 2. They are 100% managed, correct? 3. If I don't pay for the Cpanel upgrade, what kind of admin am I given? 4. Do you offer discounts on bandwidth upgrades? 5. Do I get a refund for downtime? 6. What kind of backups do you offer? Are they free? I have more but I can't remember them now. |

1. No.
2. Yes. 3. Your choice of OS with basic packages set up. You do the rest. 4. Probably. Email sales. 5. Yes, there is an SLA. 6. You can set up local backups by yourself. Maybe they'll even help you if you just have one HD. You don't need 2 HDs to do backups.
