Billing Issues.. where?
I've had my account for almost 2 years now, and it's about time that my subscription is over. Where can I go to put in my credit card information to renew for the next year? I don't want to do the wrong thing and accidentally sign up a new account..

I sent an email to billing a week ago, and haven't gotten a response. I would very much like to get this taken care of, as my account expires tomorrow. I would like a smooth transition...

Posted on 23 Aug 2005 07:36 PM At this time the ticket is closed... due to no reply for whatever reason. I am resending the last reply that was made. Let me know if you get it this time or not. |

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLP My account is finished TONIGHT!!!!!! and i still haven't renewed!!! Billing has mailed me multiple times telling me the same response each time, that they wanted to "ensure your account was renewed and to avoid downtime" except it wasn't renewed.. I know this, cause I have the credit card and I haven't put it in yet. Please show me the way to renew my account manually with MY NEW credit card, as I am changing payment method. ...
