Pending Cancel

hi, Im just buy your bronze reseller plan, and It changes the state to: "Pending Cancel", does anybody know, what does this mean ?

It sounds like your order is about to be cancelled. You should contact Surpass to find out what happened, if you did not request the cancellation. You can email sales[at]surpasshosting.com for help.

I believe what they do is create a new account, transfer everything and then cancel the old so there is no downtime. I'd check just to be safe, though.
