Account suspended since 5 october and growing - Page 2

I can't remove files because my account is suspended... Cats I haven't a script, only a html with external pluggin that open new window with webchat, so it doesn't use cpu from surpass...

Surpass doesn't answer my ticket since 8 of october... If they don't want me as a client why they told me pay next year?
