I have payed an other year oc5 plan but my account continues suspended...

Suspensions take time to deal with. IRC is strictly prohibited, and says so in the TOS. Doesn't matter how many people use it, if it's there it violated the TOS.

That may be different. I think I read this wrong when I originally posted, which is likely being that I had just gotten up.

IRC stands for Internet Relay Chat. IRC is a ver big network of text-based chat rooms.

keep in mind the option for a dedicated server too... when you are home alone in your house, you can do almost anything and never annoy the neighbours. You have far far greater flexability with a dedicated server and surpass has plenty of options open.

Have or Have not a IRC it doesn't matter to me... As I said, almost anybody used it... but my complaint is that I'm waiting my account be unsuspended since 8 of october... Before paying next year hosting, surpass answered me more or less fast, but after paying no answer from they.

Whether anyone used it or not,

It is against their ToS and IRC scripts use alot of CPU. Have you removed the offending files or even bumped your ticket?
