considering an upgrade to account, questions

Hello, I love my surpass and I"m not going anywhere. in fact I"m considering upgrading my reseller account but I have a couple of questions.

one question I have is that I was poking around in the faq's and the plan pages but I can't seem to find any information on how to upgrade. (not that it's not there, I may just not be seeing it) how exactly do I upgrade my acount? do I email billing or can I do it automatically etc?

my other question is that my account has been the same for quite a long time. Long ago I purchased a silver plan at $20 a month and for the life of me can't remember (or find my notes) how much disk space I was allotted. I was checking my bulk email today and noticed there was a mail from you all dated 10/5 that said I was over my disk space and sure enough it's showing that in my control panel. I haven't uploaded anything in a while either and after removing a ton of stuff this morning I am still over my limit. can some check on that for me? it's showing on my main account, www.vampirecommunity.com

thanks in advance for the help. I hope I"m not being redundant considering the posts already made here.

Use the upgrade form at https://www.surpasshosting.com/upgrade.php to request your, well, upgrade.

To see your available disk space, simply log into WHM. As for having someone verify your account, you will need to contact support directly. I've found sometimes cPanel takes a little while to reflect file deletions in the disk quota area. Also, did you delete via FTP or in cPanel's file manager? If the latter, be sure you empty the trash bin...
