Suspended Account - Please update.
Please, please, please can someone update the ticket regarding my suspended account.
Surely accounts with tickets in the suspended queue should get some sort of priority?? Please ask if I need to provide some reference. There doesnt seem to be a ticket reference within the ticket thread? Please make the response quicker than in this thread: Support - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE contact me. Regards, Floob. Please read over the thread you just referenced, and see why it might be taking a while to get back to you. Surpass has to review and investigate all suspended accounts. Also, staff do not frequent this forum, it is a user-to-user support forum. As was mentioned on the thread you posted, try bumping your ticket this time to see if there is any update. If nobody replies, they are not ignoring you, they are busy working on the ticket.

Hi,
I appreciate it is not always possible to get back to tickets within a couple of hours if investigations are required. But 4 days???? Surely that is just poor service. I cannot see how it can be justified, unless a reason for the delay was given. I post here as a last resort as I get no joy from raising an official ticket. Other hosting companies I use offer responses within the hour, but then I guess they have more manpower. The annoying factor is that the issue with the suspension has been identified, but there seems to be no further action taken. I guess I'm just frustrated with the slow turn around of tickets comapred to other companies. I wouldnt be bothered if all companies had this level of service. Floob. |
