2 active accounts, one site
Hey,
I tried to get some help from support, but they haven't gotten back to me. I have 2 active accounts for one site right now. I wanted to take the old one and transfer it to the new reseller account. If I cancel the old one, will it kill the new one too? Is this something surpass has to do or can I just do it? |

I'm new around here and don't know how everything is done by them so just to be safe make a backup if your whole site you can this from your cpanel just click on Backup then click on Generate/Download a Full Backup.

Ah, seems like they made a mistake just email sales and let them know. I hope they give you your money back for the time you paid for your old account. Also wait a while supprt can be a little slow at this time of day...
