Bandwidth Exceeded, but not really.
This is the second time I have had this error in as many months.
I have the Bronze Reseller plan which lets me allot 75 gigs to my domains I have my main domain which is the domain the account was set up on and 3 hosted domains, I have alloted only 27 gigs of bandwidth to my 3 hosted domains. I have used up 10 gigs of bandwidth on my main host domain (and under 10 gigs on the other 3) My 3 hosted domains work fine, they are still delivering content, however my main domain is inaccessible. Both times I have emailed support they have sent me to Sales first, last month they "fixed" the problem but now it has happened again. is there some default package that is only alloting my main reseller domain 10 gigs of transfer a month? cheers, john |

Your main reseller package gets 10gb of free bandwidth per month. You need to create a package for your main domain and host it yourself if you want more, I believe.

Yes, that's correct. Surpass makes it very clear on the reseller package page that the badnwidth from the main "free" account cannot be mixed with the bandwidth of your sub-accounts. So, you only get 10 Gigs for that main account, no matter how many Gigs you have in your reseller package (not bad, since it's an additional 10 Gigs). That's why I specifically chose a domain that doesn't need much bandwidth as my main one...
