mbernste,

I emailed support and they took care of everything. My client's site is up.

It looks like www.starthan.net is resolving as well, but when I do a lookup on dnsstuff.com it still shows those "broken" servers. This is the very first time I ever did the doman/webhost thing. Until now I've always used what my ISP had given me, so its a new experience.

Maybe the Level 3 thing did cause an issue with DNS propagation?

There is still a problem. When I do an nslookup, its still coming up as non-authoratative. Should I be concerned?

No it wouldn't, DNS propagation is the distrobution of your domains nameservers through the internet to isp's from the root nameservers it may have caused a problem last night (for small isp's) but it would be fixed within an hour of level3 coming back.

You'll need to contact support
