Unable to get mail working
I'm wondering if someone can give me some guidance on why I am unable to send e-mail using the account I set up. When I send an e-mail to startha at starthan.net, I get the following mail failure bounced back: starthan.net. - 72.29.83.114 [Could not connect: Got an unknown RCPT TO response: 550-"The recipient cannot be verified. Please check all recipients of this 550 message to verify they are valid."
Did I misconfigure something with my domain or is it something I need to open a ticket with Surpass? Thanks in advance for any info! |
