Early account suspension

I'm an indirect customer of Surpass Hosting, as my friend handles my account (www.isorhythm.net) for me. However, I'm very irritated to find out that they suspended my account an entire week prior to when my plan actually expires and did NOT notify me about this arrangement. In addition to that, customer service regarding suspended accounts is terrible, as they were drecting my friend from one place to another time after time claiming that they were not the right people to refer to. I'm most likely deciding to discontinue using a service that cheats an entire week of hosting from me without even telling me so. Currently, via my friend, I requested one day to get my account back up to at least let me back up my data. I'm hoping at the very least they'll cooperate with that, as my plan is still being paid for until the 31st of October despite being suspended since 25th. I hope someone can shed some light on this matter. Thanks.

No one on the forum can help with a billing/payment issue. Please email billingsurpasshosting.com

I did already, the reason I posted was to see if I could get an opinion on how this issue could be resolved as the customer service is really slow for the time being.
