How Can I contact Surpass? !!!!!
my webmaster has disappeared, all my login info is now changed on my surpass hosting account. i have emailed surpass but i get no response. the phone number for surpass on whois is disconnected, there is no listing for surpass in directory assistance. i need to talk to someone!
i need to be able to log into my own account that i pay for! someone associated with surpass please contact me or does anyone on the forum have a legit phone number to contact them? |

Emails are usually answered pretty quickly. You could also submit a ticket via the helpdesk. Either way, give it a little time and you should hear back from support.

And Surpass don't have support by phone.
If you can login to Cpanel you can change your email info there.
