Removing a ticket about a server upgrade does not make sense for me.

Heh, before I came to surpass I tried eBoundMedia. I ended upsigning up, paying for the month, and not getting any service. I put in a ticket and they closed it. So I put in another, and they closed it as well. The last one I put in basically told them not to bother fixing it because I was leaving and telling everyone about their crap. Then I found out later they weren't even a serious company, so that sucked. Eh, atleast it only cost me about $5.

Too lame. Sound like smartdomains their support was really great the first 6 months but then they took 1 weeks to answer a simple question. And thier Cpanel was not working at all for 2 months. Right after i qualified for a creditcard i move to godaddy.com. And they took 3 weeks to accept the transfer. And now they don't exist :P I guess thier bussniess was not working very good in the end.
