ticket deleted?
has anyone ever submitted a ticket but had it deleted from the helpdesk system?
i submitted a question last night about a possible upgrade to my server, i try to login this morning to see it and it's no longer there. no response, no "sorry ozzy but you're an idiot and we can't do that". anyone have any ideas on what i should do from here?

heh, that's kind of what I said when they fixed my server a while back. I was trying to do the tutorial Aric had put up about securing SSH and managed to lock anyone out who wasn't physically in the building with it. They emailed me and told me that they can set up any security I'd like, all I have to do is ask which translated to me as "David, stop breaking this thing or we're coming to kill you"....but in a nice loving way. lol

Yeah, the folks at Surpass are definitely a polite/kind bunch. I have seen instances where other hosts deleted tickets all the time without warning (not on my accounts but it was still annoying & unprofessional). I'm sure this was just a glitch or human error.

Well I have know Surpass for a long time and I'm sure they will not just delete an open ticket.
