at least you didnt make the same mistake I did with my first site... I used a crappy free host and designed my page in netscape page builder... oh the pain that it caused my eyes...

I'm too much of a nOOb to know what that is!

Who did you register the domain with?
Heh, my first site was with Xoom, a site which no longer exists in it's original state. It was a free page builder, but more like a profile builder because you could only put in specific things. Then, NBC bought it under Snap.com...then it went dead for a while. Now it's some crappy random site with random things under it.

Hmm. Is there a place there for DNS settings? Or Name Servers? I'm guessing either you put in the wrong thing, or perhaps they gave you the wrong name servers. Do you know which server you are on? The server name or IP address will work, and help to determine the name servers.

Before logging a ticket, are these the nameservers they sent you?
NS943.DIZINC.COM NS944.DIZINC.COM And if so, did you put them in whatever your domain registrar has? It would say something like DNS or Namesesrvers.
