upgrade form doesn't work

I need to upgrade my account because of bandwidth issues

However, the upgrade form, found here:

https://www.surpasshosting.com/upgrade.php

doesn't work for me.

I fill out all of the information, and when I click on "Confirm Upgrade" -- it says 'error on page' and does nothing.

Help?

I've already filled out three support tickets. Not a single person has responded.

(edited to add - i'm sorry, i got my co-owner to try it and it worked for him. must've been my computer.)

Actually, that just turned it into another support ticket. Now I have 4. No one has answered them.

Does the support team have off Sunday, or am I missing something?

Okay, it's the holiday weekend in the United States. People are taking time off. There are people working still, but there's probably a lot of stuff that's going on. You should not send multiple tickets on the same issue, it confuses the issue. For something like upgrades, it will probably have to wait until tomorrow morning, because it's not a regular support issue. Your patience would be appreciated. This forum is for user to user support, we can't help with tickets.

It probably went to billing, which works Mon-Fri 9-5
