Bandwidth Question

I know my site has exceeded it's bandwidth will all the people coming to download my creations, but when I got this email
"The domain poisoned-tears.net (poisone) has reached 80% of its bandwidth limit.
Please contact the system admin as soon as possible."

What am I suppose to do when it says "Please contact the system admin as soon as possible." Are they referring to me, or the people at surpass?

Anywho.....
I know, and hopefully my bandwidth will be reset on Dec 1st right? It resets every month, yeah?

Doubling bandwidth

How much would it cost to double my bandwidth. I have 50gb, I may get an upgrade for xmas. How often would I pay also. Would it be everymonth or yearly. I pay yearly for my account.

It would be cheaper to upgrade your account. Bandwidth comes at the price of $2 per gig per month. So, to double your bandwidth it would cost you an additional $100/month.

In most cases, it refers to Surpass, but only if you want to buy additional bandwidth to last you out the month. It will reset on Dec 1st. In the future, you shouldn't make multiple topics on issues that are essentially the same.

unless they make you a special deal on extra bandwidth, then yeah, it would be pretty pricy... and much more cost effective to upgrade your plan... or for an extra 100 bucks a month.... get a dedicated server with over 1000 gigs to burn.

I'm not really in the know, so I dont really know what you're talking about.

Can anyone from the actual Surpass site give me a well rounded definition on what I could possibly do. The peeps over at TS2 Community says it would be best if I had 200gb.

Yeah, just upgrading your plan would probably be the cheapest and easiest alternative.
