Cannot login to my.surpass - have not received support yet.
Hello, I was notified via email that my site will renew but the CC that I had on file is no loger valid and I need to change the card. When I try to send my login information to my email, it says the email is not on file even though I just received the notice to that account. I have emailed two days ago and havent received a response yet and the site is set to renew on the 5th.

Since it's the weekend, that would probably be the reason you haven't gotten a response yet. Hopefully you should have one by Monday, and billing should be able to help you get things sorted out.

Still no reply. I have not received any email through my accounts since 12/2/05. This is getting frustrating. I have many items that get sent to a few addresses and I do not want them to stop mailing because of failure to deliver. I would appreciate any reply to this thread or to my email about my site: www.reinerweb.us
