Mm...my dad purchased the oc5 plan from Surpass the other day on 12/04/2005, at 09:27:38 am. (Time is according to the email sent by the system). He has recieved the first email from Surpass, and an email from 2checkout.com. (It's not a billing problem.) The domain that we signed up with is yoakemae.net. However, we have yet to recieve an activation email...

Could it be that the account order is - like mentioned before in the FAQ, "stuck" in the system? _ For all I know, the FAQ did mention that...but i can't be too sure. And since we're new to this thing...we're a bit uneasy with sending tickets. So, I guess I'll just search for answers here first - since my dad's not so easy with forums and tickets, yet I've been to forums for a while ^^

So...I sincerely hope that someone who reads this gets to it soon enough!

(We came here because there were plenty who recommended Surpass to start out with... ^^)

It's probably just that it hasn't yet been cleared yet due to the weekend. If it isn't activated by this afternoon, send in a ticket to support.

Heh, I started with another host, and ended with surpass

You'll love it here, all I have to say. Don't be fooled by the low prices for the great plans, as the customer service is even greater! Hell, I got responses to an ongoing issue (not surpass's fault, it was just different software version differences on the server that are now cleared up) that had responses very fast, even during the early AM mornings, they helped me. Dedication to the cosumer? Hell yes!
