Lost user info and cannot access Help Desk
This is really stupid, but I haven't accessed my account here for months, because I was planning to transfer over my main domain when my other hosting ended, but have lost all my Surpass hosting info due to a hard drive crash. Well, my other hosting ended tonight, which means that I cannot get email to the address I have registered with Surpass, so I can't even submit a lost password request. I've searched everywhere on this site for alternate contact information for Surpass, but can't find it anywhere.

Submit a ticket to the help desk about this. You can still access the desk without logging in. Remember to fill in all of the sections, even if you have to just write "none", but make sure you provide a working email address. Support should be able to help you get your info, but will likely have to verify somethings.
